Providence VA Medical Center, Rhode Island
Congratulations LEAD Graduates of 2011
The Providence VA Medical Center would like to congratulate the graduates of LEAD Class 2011!
The LEAD program is a developmental program for employees who are competitively selected as "high potential" employees--employees who clearly have a desire to learn and become a part of the next generation of transformational leaders within the VA. The Providence VAMC has been offering the LEAD program for about four years.
Graduates of this highly successful leadership development program are recognized by the Medical Center as "up and coming" leaders. Over the past 10 months, these 12 LEAD graduates learned not only how to develop key high performance competencies to become transformational leaders within the VA but also how to better position themselves for increased responsibilities as well as how to take part in interdisciplinary projects and intiatives to improve the quality and delivery of healthcare to our nation's Veterans.
LEAD 2011 graduates are William San Antonio, Lisa Lombard, Veronica Stravinsky, Brigida Cedeno, Kimberly DiDonato-Ferro, Diane Weeks, Nicole Dalphe, Kevin Quinlan, Debra Cohen, Wesley Irish, Stacie Souza, and Vivianne Rico.
