The VA Providence Healthcare System and Regional Benefits Office are hosting a joint Veterans virtual town hall meeting for Rhode Island, the New Bedford, Mass., area, Cape Cod and the Islands from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19.
 
The meeting will be held by teleconference. Veterans, families and community partners wishing to participate can call 404-397-1596 and enter access code 199 961 8996 followed by #.
“Call in to our virtual Veteran town hall meeting for an update and let us answer your questions about Veteran health care and benefits,” said Lawrence Connell, director of the VA Providence HCS.
 
Leadership from the VA Providence HCS, VBA Regional Office and the Rhode Island Office of Veterans Services will provide updates and respond to questions from the audience during the meeting.
