Ocean State Research Institute (OSRI) is a non-profit organization that solely supports medical research and education at the Providence VA Medical Center.

By-Laws and Supporting Agreements:


OSRI employs research investigators and staff to support research VA activities that may be also funded by other agencies, organizations or corporations.  All employees must also possess a Without Compensation (WOC) Appointment through the Medical Center's Human Resources Service.
