From I-95 North/South:
Take Exit 21 off of I-95; drive west through Federal Hill. Cross the highway overpass and continue straight for approximately 1/4 mile. Turn right into the Eagle Square Complex (across from the Providence Fire Station). The Eye Clinic is between Radio Shack and H&R Block.

From the VA Medical Center:
Turn left on to Chalkstone Avenue and drive straight for 0.2 miles. At the first stoplight intersection, turn left on to River Street. Continue straight to the bottom of the hill (approximately 1/4 mile) and turn right on to Valley Street. Continue on Valley Street about 1/4 mile passing the PriceRite supermarket (which is on the left). At the next stoplight intersection, turn left (Atwells Avenue). The entrance to the Eagle Square Complex is approximately 100 meters on the left (across from the Providence Fire Station).

Shuttle Service
A Shuttle Van (between the Medical Center and the Eye Clinic) will run Monday-Friday during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The pick-up point is in front of the Ambulatory Care entrance. The drop-off point is in front of the new Eye Clinic.
