Patient Advocacy Information
The Patient Advocate is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. If you are unable to get your concern or complaint taken care of, after talking with a member of our staff, she can assist you to help reach a satisfactory resolution.
Our Patient Advocate is located in Room 102 and can be reached at (401) 273-7100, extension 3093. An assistant Patient Advocate is also available to help you, and can be found in Room D-146 or extension 2970.
